Sara Richards, owner and lead researcher, has more than 9 years of experience with qual-and-quant research methods in the technology, automotive, and outdoor industries. A former product manager turned researcher, she intimately understands the human-centered design process from pre-ideation to product launch.

Sara is deeply passionate about teaching and currently lectures on UX Research for the University of Washington's Master of Human-Computer Interaction and Design program. When she's not working Sara can usually be found fly fishing, hiking, camping, or otherwise enjoying her beautiful state's many natural wonders.
